Races begin in May and end September 30th. Spring Lake Recreational Park -- 16 km north of Hythe, a spring fed lake, over 90 feet deep, includes boat launch, camp sites on loop road, fire pits & firewood, picnic tables, community kitchen, fresh well water, man-made beach and play ground, hiking trails around lake, change rooms.
